Welcome to Sobriety Copilot. By accessing or using our application, websites, and associated services (including optional SMS messaging), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Sobriety Copilot provides AI-assisted recovery tools, 12-step literature reference, meeting search features, and wellness tracking to support individuals on their recovery journeys. Sobriety Copilot is a peer-support tool and is not a licensed medical provider, therapist, or emergency dispatch service.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Sobriety Copilot offers completely optional SMS messaging features to answer recovery literature questions, assist with finding local meetings, and support your daily recovery routine.

Program Purpose: Answering user inquiries regarding 12-step recovery literature, providing meeting directory assistance, delivering requested recovery resources, and sending optional daily recovery reflections, milestone reminders, and wellness check-ins.
Voluntary Opt-In: You only receive messages if you affirmatively opt in via our optional web form at sobrietycopilot.com/sms-optin.html or by texting an opt-in keyword (START, YES, or UNSTOP) to (762) 376-9696. Consent is 100% voluntary and is never a condition of purchase or using the Sobriety Copilot application.
Opt-Out / Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP (or CANCEL, QUIT, END, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE) to (762) 376-9696. After you text STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join at any time, text START or opt in again at sobrietycopilot.com/sms-optin.html.
Support / Help: If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging service, reply with the keyword HELP or INFO to (762) 376-9696 for assistance, or contact us directly at support@sobrietycopilot.com.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your direct questions, interactions, and chosen notification preferences.
Cost & Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Carriers: Supported wireless carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Privacy & Non-Sharing of Mobile Data

We respect your privacy. No mobile phone numbers or opt-in consent collected for SMS messaging will ever be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on our data protection practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability
